An Enduring Attitude

At AudioLink, we take what is important seriously: our clients’ satisfaction. But that doesn’t mean we have to take ourselves seriously! Our attitude and company culture has always been fun, lively, and laid back. Unless you need a last minute revision in which case we are blazingly fast.

Our Goal

The goal is simple: Leave our clients saying “Wow!” with incredible audio quality and endearing service.

The reason is simpler: Because it’s our passion! The best results comes from doing what you love.

When AudioLink opened in the 1980s, we began as a mix-to-pix facility specializing in Interactive Video Discs. We produced audio for training courses and Kiosks for Federal Express, IBM and others. Our President, Steve Olenick, then became a key consultant in the development of custom software for CD-ROM audio delivery, producing hundreds of discs during the early days of what was then called Multimedia. AudioLink became known as the place to produce great sounding, low bitrate audio for CD-ROMs. As the Educational market grew, we expanded greatly into educational publishing products working on countless Phonics, Math, Reading, Science and other K-12 products for many of the world’s largest publishers. We still partner with eLearning Developers extensively. We have extremely mature and efficient processes to ensure fast turnaround, high quality – and maintain a personal and flexible relationship with all of our clients, large and small. But this is not all we do!

A decade later and AudioLink grew into a multi-room facility specializing in Wave, AIFF and other standard formats. We became known as the place to produce great sounding low bitrate audio for CD-ROM. We worked with our clients in integrating new formats, and continued to perfect custom formats, including Java based audio.

With the turn of the millennia and nearly 20 years experience, we had our sights aimed squarely at the web. We produced audio for hundreds of training courses for web delivery as well as for corporate and entertainment sites in unprecedented time. We have always been, and will always be at the leading edge of technology.

That brings us to today! We still apply the same standards, the same qualities, and the same cutting-edge technique, while never missing a beat. With a return to our roots, AudioLink has re-opened our Audio for Visuals department, and continues to stride forward with advances in Audio Post-Production, Educational, Medical, E-Learning, Audiobook, and Podcast markets.

Through decades of hard work and constant learning, we maintain our goal and strive to stay abreast of new technologies, utilize the most cost-effective methodologies, maintain high quality-control standards, and to continue to provide the friendly, customer oriented service on which our reputation is based.

Say hello or drop a line. We’d love to include you too in our prestigious history!
